We're committed to a portal that works for everyone.

The ROE Pro aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design and test our portal to work with keyboards, screen readers, and modern assistive technologies.

What we do

Semantic headings, labels, and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
Keyboard access for menus, forms, dialogs, and file uploads.
Sufficient color contrast, resizable text, and responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Descriptive link text and form error messages written in plain language.

If you encounter a barrier or need an accommodation to complete a permit request, email support@roepro.com and a coordinator will assist you directly. We can accept information over email and enter it into your project on your behalf.
