The ROE Pro ("we", "our", "us") provides permit concierge and coordination services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are not a permitting authority; final approvals are made by the applicable agency.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, company (optional), and password credentials.
- Project details you submit: addresses, jurisdictions, utility and agency references, drawings, photos, permit numbers, and related documents.
- Communications: messages, notes, and support requests exchanged through the portal.
- Payment information: amounts, invoice descriptions, and receipt references. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data required to operate and secure the service: sign-in events, IP address, browser type, and activity logs.
How we use information
- To prepare, organize, submit, and coordinate your permit applications with the applicable agencies and utilities.
- To operate the portal, authenticate users, and provide notifications about your projects.
- To bill for services, process agency-fee deposits, and issue receipts.
- To improve reliability, security, and customer support.
Sharing
We share project information only with the parties needed to advance your project — assigned staff, applicable agencies, utilities, and railroads — and with service providers who help us operate the portal (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Access to project data is restricted by role-based permissions and row-level security. We retain project records for as long as needed to service your account and to meet legal, accounting, and audit requirements.
Your choices
You can update your account details from the portal or by contacting support. To request deletion of your account or a copy of your data, email support@roepro.com.
