Terms of Service

Last updated July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The ROE Pro portal and the permit concierge and coordination services we provide. By creating an account or submitting a project, you agree to these Terms.

Our role

The ROE Pro prepares, organizes, submits, and coordinates Right of Entry and utility permit applications on your behalf. We work with agencies to streamline the process. We are not a permitting authority. Final approval decisions are made solely by the applicable agency, utility, or railroad.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your submissions

You represent that information and documents you submit are accurate, that you have the right to share them, and that we may transmit them to the agencies and third parties necessary to advance your project.

Fees and payments

Service fees, agency fees, reimbursable costs, and taxes are itemized in each payment request. Agency fees collected on your behalf are held and remitted to the applicable agency and are not service revenue. Refunds follow the policy stated on the invoice.

No guarantee of approval

Timelines, requirements, and outcomes are determined by the applicable agency. We do not guarantee approval, issuance, or a specific processing time.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or interfere with the operation of the portal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ROE Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the service fees paid for that project.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
